Warranty Limitations Auto Glass

Auto glass damage resulting from vandalism, natural disaster, vehicle collision, auto theft, or owner negligence is specifically excluded from our auto glass repair/replacement warranty.

Warranty Process

If you have any issues with your service either repair or replacement, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue right away.

Rock Chip Policy

Prime Auto Glass LLC does not provide any warranty coverage for rock chips, impact damage, or cracks resulting from road hazards occurring before, during, or after installation.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Prime Auto Glass LLC provides a lifetime workmanship warranty covering defects directly related to our installation, including:

• Water leaks caused by installation
• Air leaks caused by installation
• Wind noise caused by installation
• Adhesive bond failures caused by installation

This warranty applies only to workmanship performed by Prime Auto Glass LLC.

Moldings, Clips & Trim

Any concerns regarding moldings, clips, trim pieces, or cosmetic fitment must be reported within 30 days of installation.

Claims submitted after 30 days are not covered under warranty.

ADAS Recalibration Warranty

I acknowledge that declining ADAS recalibration, or operating the vehicle after a failed recalibration, voids all ADAS-related warranty coverage until recalibration is successfully completed.

Prime Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for the operation of ADAS systems when recalibration is declined, incomplete, or unsuccessful.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Rock chips or impact damage
• Vehicle accidents or collisions
• Vandalism or theft-related damage
• Rust or corrosion that develops after installation
• Pre-existing vehicle conditions
• Mechanical or electrical component failures
• Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications
• Normal wear and tear

Prime Auto Glass LLC reserves the right to inspect any warranty claim before determining coverage.

Glass Defects & Stress Crack Warranty

Prime Auto Glass LLC will assist customers with manufacturer warranty claims involving replacement glass defects, including:

• Optical distortion
• Delamination
• Manufacturing defects
• Qualifying stress cracks

Any glass-related concerns must be reported within 14 days of installation for inspection and supplier warranty consideration.

A stress crack is generally defined as a crack that develops without evidence of impact, such as a chip or external damage.

All glass defect and stress crack claims are subject to supplier inspection and approval. Prime Auto Glass LLC cannot guarantee supplier warranty coverage and is not responsible for claims denied by the supplier.

This warranty does not cover:

• Rock chips
• Impact damage
• Cracks caused by road debris
• Vandalism
• Accidents
• Acts of nature
• Vehicle body stress or structural issues
• Any damage occurring after installation due to external causes

Door Glass, Back Glass & Sunroof Warranty

Prime Auto Glass LLC provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on the installation of door glass, back glass, quarter glass, vent glass, and sunroof glass.

This warranty covers installation-related issues only, including:

• Water leaks caused by installation
• Air leaks caused by installation
• Wind noise caused by installation
• Improper installation

Prime Auto Glass LLC does not diagnose, repair, adjust, or warranty:

• Window regulators
• Window motors
• Switches
• Tracks and cables
• Door lock mechanisms
• Electrical components
• Sunroof mechanisms
• Drainage systems
• Any other mechanical or electrical component associated with the vehicle

Customers acknowledge that removal of door panels, trim panels, and interior components may expose pre-existing wear, damage, broken clips, faulty regulators, damaged motors, wiring issues, or other conditions unrelated to the glass replacement.

Prime Auto Glass LLC is not responsible for diagnosing, repairing, or replacing such components.

Manufacturer defects, optical distortion, waves, stress cracks, discoloration, delamination, or other glass-related defects in door glass, back glass, quarter glass, vent glass, or sunroof glass are not covered by Prime Auto Glass LLC and are subject solely to supplier policies and approval requirements.
